Unlock currently offers two different location databases - one is based on open data from geonames.org; the other is based on a range of data products from Ordnance Survey GB.
Access to Ordnance Survey data (with footprint geometries) is limited to academic projects and services and requires registration for an API key. Geonames data (without footprint geometries) is offered as a free and open service.
